Reach the decision maker,
not the switchboard.
OilTradeConnector puts named, verified decision makers at refineries, oil companies, fuel distributors and airlines in front of the brokers who need them — people with a live requirement, not a list bought by the thousand.
Every contact traceable to a public source, or it never reaches you.
The person who owns the requirement, with their role.
Company sites, official registries, public filings.
A field we cannot stand behind is left blank, never guessed.
CSV, PDF, DOCX and Markdown, on request.
Most oil leads are someone else's rejects.
Bought lists, recycled WhatsApp groups, mandates forwarded until nobody knows who is real. Brokers lose weeks proving a counterparty exists before they can even talk about cargo — and the ones who do answer have already heard from nine others.
- The address bounces
- A guessed inbox burns your sending domain and takes months to repair.
- The name is wrong
- A gatekeeper, a consultant, or someone who left two years ago.
- The intent is stale
- A requirement from last year reads exactly like one from last week.
- The volume is fiction
- Numbers nobody will put on paper, repeated until they sound real.
A shortlist you would be comfortable forwarding to a principal.
- The decision maker, their role and their company
- What they are moving, and which side of the trade they are on
- A quality grade so you know what to work first
- Blank where nothing could be verified — never a guess dressed as a fact
The chasing is handled. You take the meeting.
Approach, follow-up, the reply that comes in at 02:00 from a different timezone, and the back-and-forth to find half an hour that suits — all of it carries on without you until there is something worth your attention.
Correspondence that reads like a desk
Corporate-formal, specific, and short. The kind of note a counterparty answers because it is obviously not a blast.
Every thread in one place
Inbound and outbound together, with attachments of any size, so a conversation never splinters across three inboxes.
An opt-out is final
Someone who asks to be left alone is left alone — immediately, and everywhere. There is no second chase.
A meeting, not a maybe
The objective is a confirmed time with a named person. Everything before that is overhead.
Best first, always
The order is the recommendation. Work down from the top and you are spending your day on the strongest names you have.

What we refuse to do.
A lead list is only worth what its worst entry is worth. These are the lines we will not cross to make a number look better.
- We do not guess an address
- If it cannot be tied to a public source, the field arrives empty. A fabricated inbox is worse than none.
- We do not pad the list
- Anything that fails to clear our bar is withheld. You are told how many, and never shown them.
- We do not scrape private data
- Company sites, official directories, public filings and public profiles. Nothing behind a login.
- We do not claim a screening we have not run
- What is published is what can be seen publicly — described as exactly that, and nothing more.
- We do not give legal or pricing advice
- Those belong with your counsel and your own commercial judgement. We say so rather than improvise.
Against how this is usually done.

A broker's reputation is the only asset that does not depreciate. We would rather hand over four names we can defend than four hundred we cannot.
MWEnergy Enterprise — the standard we publish
The questions that matter.
Where do the contacts come from?
Publicly checkable places only: a company’s own website, official directories and registries, public filings, trade notices, and an individual’s own public profile. Nothing private, nothing from behind a login. If a detail cannot be attributed to a source like that, you receive it blank.
What happens to the ones that do not make the cut?
They are withheld. You are told how many were held back, so you know the list is a selection rather than everything we saw — but a name we cannot stand behind never reaches you, and never appears in an export.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. CSV as standard, with PDF, DOCX and Markdown on request, plus a copyable table that pastes straight into a spreadsheet. The columns are the same every time, so your own templates keep working.
Do you contact people on my behalf?
Yes, from the desk, in correspondence written to read like a desk. You can take over any conversation at any point, and anyone who asks to be left alone is removed immediately and permanently.
Will you advise on the contract or the price?
No. We get you in front of the right person with a confirmed time. Terms, pricing and legal structure are for you and your counsel, and we will say so rather than offer an opinion we are not qualified to give.
How do I start?
Sign in. The book is behind the login, and it is already working.
Your next cargo starts with
one right conversation.
Sign in and work the top of the list. The names are already there, already graded, and already being approached.
